Dever Justice is a new leadership development resource in higher ed, the product of two tenured, senior faculty with a combined total of over two decades in academic leadership across four universities. In this interview we’ll explore why Carolyn Dever and George Justice emphasize being “by faculty, for faculty,” what they mean when they say that academia needs “mantic leadership,” and how they envision a day when faculty leadership will no longer been seen as “going to the dark side.”
