Higher Ed Is Different: So what? Now what?

This virtual conference is designed to explore the specificities and peculiarities of higher ed from a variety of angles. In this session, we will summarize those differences and their implications – for higher ed itself, for those who seek to make change within higher ed, and for the coaches and consultants who seek to resource higher ed.

This session will serve as a synthesis for those who have attended other aspects of the Because Higher Ed is Different conference and will also provide a free-standing high level overview how higher ed differs from other organizations and why that matters.
