Higher Ed Is Different: Tips for Coaches and Consultants

This session will extend the prior session to focus on specific takeaways for coaches and consultants who work with, for, and within colleges and universities.

During this conversation we will address:

1. professional development priorities and strategies for coaches and consultants working in this sector
2. cardinal do’s and don’ts for working with academia
3. questions and approaches that foster productive engagement between coaching and consulting professionals and the faculty, administrators, and staff who enact higher ed
