Adrianna Kezar, Ph.D., Professor of Higher Education at USC

Adrianna Kezar earned her doctorate in higher education at the University of Michigan’s Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the same time as Firerook’s Diana Kardia. In this session, Adrianna and Diana will talk about how this foundation has informed their subsequent efforts to support leadership and organizational change in academia – and how and why existing scholarship on higher ed can better inform coaches, consultants, and the lived experience of faculty and administrators in today’s colleges and universities.
