“I have a love-hate relationship with academia.” Carrie Spell-Hansson has over 15 years of experience in higher ed administration, serving in varied roles ranging from Vice President of Finance and Administration to Dean of Intercultural Development to Vice President of Organizational Development and Culture Change.

In this interview, we’ll explore how Carrie translated the ups and downs of her administrative experience into a consulting practice focused on organizational behavior, multicultural teams, and leadership for women and why, despite the ups and downs she’s known, her passion for higher ed is abiding.
